If you have any older Yale 2000 series exit device, with the plastic dogging assembly, this post is for you. You can change out your older plastic dogging assembly with the newer metal dogging assembly. The Dogging Assembly is sometimes called the Dogging Kit, or Lock Down Kit. The newer Yale metal dogging kit is our part # G6021001001999, and Yale’s part # 60-2100-1001-999 The pictures shown below are of the original Yale 2000 dogging assembly and the newer version.
