Replacement door closer arms when you do not know the manufacture is very difficult. If you have a square shaft coming out of your closer, that is 7/16″ square, then I would try the International Door Closer G520 Main Arm and G521 Forearm. By using these two pieces you should be able to get your door closer up and working again. We sell these to door closer arm pieces in an aluminum color and dark brown.
Use this arm and the other piece shown to make a complete regular arm
