We just added a New Item to our Aluminum Stair Tread Category of our web site, an Aluminum Safety Stair Tread Plate 4″ Deep. The plate measures 4″ wide by 1/4″ thick and features a front sloped edge. The safety stair tread is made of extruded aluminum that has a blend of Carborundum and Aluminum Oxide bonded and locked into the aluminum extrusion. This tread exceeds the ADA requirements for friction coefficient, and can be used inside or out.
