If your Panels, Pilasters and Post are not square try the hinged toilet partition bracket.   Every once in a while we run across installations that are not square due objects on the floor, or just poor workmanship in the construction of the room.  We offer two versions of the Toilet Partition Hinged Wall Bracket, one is for 1″ thick bathroom stall panels, and the other is for 1-1/4″ thick panels and pilasters.  Hinge is 16 gauge  (.060″) thick, Bracket is 14 gauge (.075″) thick.  The one ear hinged bracket is Riveted and welded together.  Bracket is 3″ high x 2-1/2″ deep for a 1″ or 1-1/4″ panel or pilaster.  They can be ordered on our website, for the 1″, TOILET PARTITION “U” WALL BRACKET FOR 1-1/4″ THICK PANEL STAMPED STAINLESS STEEL , or the 1-1/4″ thick, TOILET PARTITION ONE EAR HINGED WALL BRACKET 1-1/4″.   Below is an image of the Hinged Bracket.
