Removing and installing Truth and Truth Entrygard window operators can be done two ways, if you do not have access to the screws.  The first way is self explanatory, you will have to remove the trim above the window operator, and they you could remove the screws.   The second method is to purchase your replacement, and use it as a guide and drill pilot holes to back the screws out.  We do not sell short screw drivers will fit in under the trim.
