We are now Stocking the International Door Closer 883P and 884P Series.  They are the same door closers as the 853P and 854P, but they have the added option of Back Check.   Back Check is a separate valve that controls the amount of resistance the closer offers when it is opened.  The feature is important especially in windy areas were the door can be thrown open and ripped off the hinges.  It also offers resistance for those flying Kung Fu kicks the high schooler’s like to do when they exit a school.  The International Door Closer 883P has a hole spacing of 3/4″ by 8-3/16″, and the International Door Closer 884P has a hole spacing of 3/4″ x 9-1/16″.  If you need more technical information please call or email our Door Closer Experts.
