If your Truth window handle is stamped 45200 or 45268, it is most likely the 24.25.  This Truth handle is also know as a Casement Handle, or Sash Lock.  We find the number cast into the base of the handle.  They are a powder coated (painted) die cast handle with a nylon grommet that locks it in the closed position.  The mounting plate is 2-7/8″ long x 5/8″ wide.  The hole spacing is 2-1/2″ on center.  The problem we usually see with this handle is the nylon grommets wear out and the window will not stay locked.  We also see the handle breaking because the older version had a plastic handle and not metal like the newer ones.  Visit our website for more dimensional information.   We stock them in Bronze, Beige and White.
