Do you have a Truth Sash Lock stamped 31300 for casement windows that is broken? If you do, we have the replacements in stock for immediate delivery. This lock measures 2-3/4″ by 2-1/4″ by 1″ thick. The hole spacing on this lock is 2″ center to center. Some other number also found on this Sash Lock are 45098, 40242, and 30386. One the the major issues we see with this lock are the lever arm breaks or lever arm, where it attaches to the cam comes loose. These usually break or come loose because the window in not shutting properly. Another reason we see these move is, people just want to change the color of there window hardware. This Sash Lock is also known as the Truth Window Lock 16.18, or Truth 16.18 Sash Lock. We offer them in Gold, White, or a Bronze (dark brown) color. Our part # on this lock is Wi1618.
